A bright, fruit-forward Ethiopian natural bursting with character. This certified organic lot from the highlands of Bensa Sidamo brings together expressive sweetness, juicy acidity, and a clean, layered finish.

Grown at 2250msal and produced by Tullu Demtu, this coffee is made from the classic Ethiopian Heirloom variety—famed for its resilience and exceptional cup quality. The cherries are dried slowly on raised beds for 19 days, shaded from the harsh midday sun and turned hourly to develop depth without over-fermenting. The result is a Grade 4 natural that overdelivers in every way.
