Meet FOUNDATION — our core blend, our roots, and the evolution of our original No. 1. It’s the coffee that’s been with us since day one. Crafted from carefully selected beans sourced through long-standing relationships — some going back over five years — this is the blend that keeps us grounded and growing.

FOUNDATION is a bold yet balanced blend of Brazilian and Ugandan beans, delivering a comforting richness of dark chocolate and praline, brightened by layers of black cherry, blackcurrant, and citrus. It’s designed to be your go-to cup — whether you’re pulling espresso, brewing filter, or making a flat white at home.

A true all-rounder: smooth with milk, punchy as espresso, and beautifully complex on its own.

Starting Recipe (Espresso)

• Dose: 17.5g

• Brew Weight: ~37g

• Time: Around 30 seconds
  Tweak to taste — this blend is forgiving and flexible.
