A bright, fruit-forward Ethiopian natural bursting with character. This certified organic lot from the highlands of Guji brings together expressive sweetness, juicy acidity, and a clean, layered finish.

Grown at 1950–2250m and produced by smallholder farmers working with Dimtu Coffee, this coffee is made from the classic Ethiopian JARC 74112 variety—famed for its resilience and exceptional cup quality. The cherries are dried slowly on raised beds for 19 days, shaded from the harsh midday sun and turned hourly to develop depth without over-fermenting. The result is a Grade 4 natural that overdelivers in every way.
